Since 2015, Charm School International has used culture and travel as a means of teaching students lifeskills.

Charm School International helps students from socioeconomically disadvantaged areas acquire multicultural competency by exposing them to enriching opportunities outside of the confines of their neighborhood through culture-intensive activity.

Our Mission

To empower disadvantaged students through cultural exchange to become leaders in their community.

Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms.
— Adam Galinsky, professor at Columbia Business School
