Since 2015, Charm School International has used culture as a means of teaching students lifeskills.

Charm School International helps female students from socioeconomically disadvantaged zipcodes who want to attend college, acquire multicultural competency and are committed to their personal growth by debunking negative stereotypes and exposing them to enriching opportunities outside of the confines of their neighborhood through etiquette and culture. We prepare students for the diverse experiences they will encounter in college and in their career by providing real life cultural competency and diversity training.

Our Mission

To empower disadvantaged students through cultural exchange to become leaders in their community .

Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms.
— Adam Galinsky, professor at Columbia Business School
